Abstract
Quick restoration after a power outage occurrence is very important for utilities. In storm conditions the restoration process is more complicated because the number of outages and affected customers is high and finding position of the operated protective devices is hard. This paper presents a new method for trouble call analysis and outages determination in low and medium voltage distribution networks base solely on customers call and network topology. Combination of fuzzy set theory and neural networks is used to do this work. Also to find the parameters of fuzzy inference system, adaptive learning techniques applied.
