Abstract :
The IT development brings more possibility of the combination of IT and sport. The development of sailing in China is in urgent needs of staff that is able to design the multimedia software. However, most of the supporting staff of sailing came from athletes before and they lacked the systematic learning of IT, thus it is difficult for them to design the multimedia courseware. The exploration of the learning system of sailing rules based on the flash software featured with great interaction and animation production can help improve the athletes´ understanding of the sailing rules and the sailing in China.
