A Survey Research on the Career Planning of Physical Education Majors in Sichuan Province

Sichuan province is an important area where having trained physical education teachers of elementary school and high school in China. The graduations of physical education majors encountered difficulties in hunting jobs in recent years. The course of career planning is an important part of the colleges´ curriculum and would solve the employment problem. The paper had questionnaire surveyed of 600 students in 5 colleges in Sichuan province. And the result is the of part-time and internship characteristics of diversity and non-clear purpose; the channel of career consultation is narrow; students want better to get the job of promising; students have an ambiguous professional orientation and the planning cannot be corrected in time.
