Abstract :
The control of humidity in process of tobacco first baking is non-linear time-variant and inertial, it is disturbed by some factors in production. It is difficult to achieve a good control effects by traditional control methods. Adaptive fuzzy control based on variable universe has advantages such as high precision, fast response and strong flexibility. Because humidity control in first baking is insensitivity and fierce fluctuating, a design project of adaptive fuzzy controller based on variable universe is presented. The fuzzy controller structure and contraction-expansion factor design and achievement of the fuzzy controller are provided in details. The Simulation result and the experiment of small scales first baking shows that the control method ensures the control accuracy, takes on good rapidity, improves the quality of tobacco.
