Abstract :
Summary form only given. This paper aims to propose a game theoretical negotiation method to provide rational decisions of the power exchange for purchases and sales between electric utilities and independent power producers (IPPs) as well as prices of the electrical energy under a competitive environment, in contrast to the conventional equalizing incremental cost rule.
