About extremum problems with constraints in a metric space

In the work, we define (α,β,ν,δ,ω) -Lipschitz functions at a point in a metric space. We also study a number of their properties and consider extremum problems with constraints. Using distance functions, we obtain a number of theorems concerning the exact penalty. We obtain necessary extremum conditions under some constraints in a Banach space.
