Abstract :
This paper addresses issues related to the liberalization process of the electricity market in Greece and it is focused on the design and implementation of the Transmission System Operator´s IT infrastructure. Specifically, it proposes a low-risk procedure concerning the design and implementation of the Transmission System Operator´s IT infrastructure in an environment with a high level of uncertainty.
