Abstract :
By means of documentary and interview and methods of summarizing and induction, this paper analyzes major problems existing in Physical Education laboratory construction, namely low starting point, scanty funds, unreasonable structure of laboratory staff, low resource utilization and poor management, then strategies are put forward as suggestions to improve the adverse situation. Apart from necessary experimental equipments, materials, approaches and highly qualified personnel, a favorable environment and necessary facilities are also required. What´s more, the key to lab construction lies in the recognition from leaders and support and collaboration from functional department. A lab contributes its adaptability of teaching and scientific research to emphasizing not only hardware reinforcement but the software construction like, the cultivation of teachers. Last but not least, it is effective to improve students´ innovationess and hand-on skill by opening laboratory to students and merge ring those ones with overlapping functions into one interdepartmental and interdisciplinary PE lab centre.
