Abstract :
This paper purposes a new DC-DC fuel cell converter. Due to the high current constraints, efficiency is directly linked to inductances design. For these reasons, an improving calculation of inductors losses is required. A new copper losses model based on Dowell approach was highlighted and compared with measurements. Finally, two magnetic powder materials have been compared assuming inductance design capabilities.
