Function design of online community of practice for facilitating peer coaching among teachers

Peer coaching promote professional development of teachers has been an effective way to recognize researchers, Online communities of practice function is an important peer coaching environment for teachers, Therefore, high quality, suitable and efficient function of online communities of practice is the key to promoting peer coaching among teachers.
