Abstract :
By means of experiment, the study, which is based on a questionnaire named ´a questionnaire for teenagers´ ability to adjust to society´, focuses on undergraduates´ ability to adjust to society. The experiment related to 272 undergraduates and lasted 16 weeks. The aim is to find whether the college students´ ability to adjust to society will change when they choose different PE course. The results are as follows. Martial arts, tea kwon do, aerobics dancing and the sports of basketball courses could improve the colleges´ social adaptability. However, the martial arts and tea kwon do courses did better than others.
