Abstract :
This paper describes the definition and content of educational technology, and then makes a reposition of the teachers´ role under the Information Society according to the meaning of the Education Technology. Simultaneously, this paper brings out the problems on educational technology that existed among the college teachers, and then come up with the ways mainly focused on how to enhancing the teachers´ educational technology capacities.
