Abstract
This article is devoted to research of mathematical models and the control of movement of center mass of spacecraft with a solar sail and the movement relative to the center mass of spacecraft. Authors have received the main ballistic parameters and the trajectories of the flights to Venus and Mercury for exact optimal solution and locally-optimal control laws.
