Abstract :
One of the important parameter in TT&C earth stations network is access time, and main goal to increase time period of viewing satellite. So in this paper, a method for optimal arrangement site location of TT&C earth stations will be offered according to access time of the system. Orbit characteristic of satellites can be determined by KEPLER parameters including inclination, apogee and perigee. The optimum arrangement of stations should be considered, if some of them cooperate integrally, in order to reach maximum access time.
