Abstract :
This paper presents two new methods of fairing planar Bézier Curves. The fairing algorithms based on wavelet are introduced, which enable to identify bad control points which need to be faired. Then the planar Bézier Curve is faired by wavelets method. The algorithms are simple and useful. Two examples show the effectiveness of this algorithm in application.
