Abstract :
An improved formulation of the singular integral equation (SIE) technique is presented to determine a complete set of finline normal modes of propagation. The proposed method allows the accurate determination of any number of finline modes. The convergence for the dominant mode as well as for the higher-order modes versus the series truncation order is shown.<>
