Core competence theory offers a framework for expatiating the differences between the capabilities of enterprises, which represents the latest development in strategic management. Cultivating the core competence of enterprise is to form the endogenous and integrated knowledge assets which can realize the sustainable development of the enterprises and improve their competitive power on market. Strategically speaking, the enterprise should incorporate their own conditions to pay due attention to environmental coordinative development and their customers. Then it could acquire core competence in some key links on the foundation of accumulating basic ability through cultivating the value chain and innovating the organization form.
