Abstract :
The study is focused on the secondary lens design of LED (light emitting diode) for creating a low-glared LED table lamp. The proposed LED table light can present an asymmetric luminous intensity distribution and project light to the target plane at zero inclination. In consequence, the novel LED table light can possess higher efficiency and lower glare than the conventional ones.
