After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Inquiring study of China´s reform of basic education is a hot subject of research. After reading and analyzing the literature written by predecessors, the author found that Multiple Intelligences can be precisely the important theory support of Inquiring study. This article is based on the study of Multiple Intelligences and Inquiring study. After that, try to find out the same views between them, and then bring forward valuable advices to construct Inquiring study activities.
