            Abstract : 
We report on a GaAs/AlOx waveguide cavity designed to perform as an integrated OPO with degeneracy around 2μm. Parametric fluorescence is demonstrated in a nonlinear waveguide with integrated mirrors and propagation losses origins are investigated.
