We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

For Chinese Education global demand and "Chinese fever" warming up in the world, further study on Chinese Education is a big subject in the new situation. Regard the aim of Chinese Education as the starting point, construct evaluation index system and theoretical framework of Chinese Education, Provide a solid theoretical support and development of power for follow-up research and rapid development of Chinese Education.
