In order to improve marketing undergraduate training, school cooperation management between academics and businesses was put forward to strengthen practical teaching. The investigation of marketing graduate employment was made to analyze the marketing graduate´s employment situation and problems in marketing college training. Results show that cultivation objective reorientation based on real market needs, curriculum adjustment according to real enterprise requirements, teaching faculty rich with HR both from college and enterprise, strengthening practical teaching with enterprise, and the scope of cooperation expanding based on enterprise teaching position promotion are necessary to improve marketing undergraduate training and employment. The universities can take the results as reference to improve their marketing undergraduate training pattern.
