After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Under the background of knowledge-based economy, technological innovation capability has become the source of obtaining the enterprise´s profit and development. Based on the existing theoretical literatures and statistical literatures, the connotation, the classification and the measure of technology innovation ability are clarified, and the relationship between technology innovation ability and enterprise performance are also completed. At last, the shortcomings and the future direction of this dissertation are described.
