In the era of e-commerce, human resources have become the most important source in enterprise management. Meanwhile, human resource management in enterprises has consequently come into a brand new period. Based on the principles of supply chain management, the construction of human resouce supply chain management system can not only enhance the eficiency in terms of employment, appointment and training, but also maximize the utilization of human resources. The essay starts with the construction of human resource value chain and value-added mode, studies the human resource supply chain against the background of the e-commerce era.
