Abstract
An MIC (microwave integrated circuit) active bandstop notch filter has been produced with an adjustable center frequency range from 0.625 GHz to 2 GHz. The design is capable of moderate quality factors of approximately 10 and notch depths greater than-45 dB. Translation into MMIC form is possible, resulting in a filter of greatly reduced area.<>
