    Based on a sample of 550 citizens, this paper explores the relationship between supply mechanisms of urban education public service, aims, the level of administration department and the degree of satisfaction (DOS) using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It finds supply mechanisms have positive impact on the aim of education public service. Also, it verifies that there are significant positive relationships between public service aims such as “favors”, “equity”, “efficiency” and “quality”, and DOS. Moreover, it indicates the level of administration department have positive effect on DOS.
