Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the frequency response and materials composition of a crossed-dipole FSS (Frequency Selective Surface). Moment methods in spectral domain, are employed to gain reflection coefficients of crossed-dipole FSS for both polarizations, providing valid analysis, especially in practice. The appropriate properties of crossed-dipole shape, in both its fabrication and its analysis, lead to various and sundry applications in antenna reflectors and other communication´s vehicles. Besides, the effect of interaction between FSS structure and harsh environment would be investigated by considering its materials combination. The phase and amplitude frequency response for both polarizations have been illustrated at wide band frequency through the computer simulation.
