This paper describes the main problems and general composition of FMCG (Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods) supply chain. Through our further analysis, we conclude that in order to improve the operational efficiency, we need to systematically coordinate all aspects of the operations and managements according to the characteristics of FMCG. We propose to establish a JIT (Just-In-Time) logistics dynamic collaborative supply chain platform to Optimize the logistics system by coordination of each link of operations and integration of resources.
