            Abstract :
The theory of using a low resolution, coherent radar to form images of non-cooperative targets is treated, and the most important problems related to implementation of the theory are identified. Compensation for target translational motion, aspect angle and angular velocity is discussed. An approach is developed for forming images taking into account the limitations of the motion compensation and aspect angle estimation
