Abstract :
This work presents a computerized optimization tool used to improve the distribution networks planning over the coming years. The proposed software could produce a practical result for strategic decisions by considering land use, value, zoning, as well as other physical restrictions. This allows considering different grounds (the cost ones, the accessibility or the impact with the environment), in different stages of processing/decisions.
