Abstract :
In this paper we proposed the method of model order hypothetical verification of discrete Preisach plane. We setup the atomic force microscope (AFM) system for the discrete Preisach model parameter identification and for the model order verification. While in the real application situation, the model order must be known when discrete Preisach model is introduced for the hysteresis. Firstly we indentified the parameter of the piezo tube actuator with the discrete Preisach model, then the model order hypothetical method is used for the model order verification. The paper shows the model identification results and model order results.
