Abstract :
With the rapid development of internet technolog specail the comming of web3.0 era, a more intelligent and personalized network learning community appears. The web3.0 technology bring about a big improvement on the mode of information collection, transmission, and interaction. This paper introduces some new features of web3.0 technology in the application of the application of network learning communication, and analyzes the some new functions and the trend of self-organizing network learning community based on web3.0 technology.
