Abstract
This work presents an in-depth investigation of the possible changes in the stability properties of a circuit solution when varying a parameter. The evolution and possible transformations of the solution poles are analyzed, taking into account the relationship between poles and Floquet multipliers and the continuity of local bifurcations. The study provides valuable insight into the general mechanisms leading to instability in practical microwave circuits. The influence of the modulations signals on the stability properties is also investigated.
