  • Abstract
The synthesis of narrow-bandpass SC-filters based on the element simulation method and coupled resonator technique is presented. The proposed approach allows one to design two-phase controlled SC-filters with a low number of operational amplifiers. It is shown that the equivalent losses in the inductor simulation circuit to be used has a resistive character. This fact gives the possibility of using the predistortion technique for the elimination of the parasitics influence on the filter characteristics. An example of a 10th order bandpass filter design is considered. The results of the computer simulation confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method
