            Abstract : 
We studied electronic dispersion compensation in bandwidth limited PSBT systems for 50 GHz spaced DWDM application. Transmitter optimization in conjunction with Viterbi equalizer application enables 43 Gb/s data transmission in 30 GHz optical channels with 230 ps/nm CD and 18 ps DGD tolerance.
