            Abstract : 
We observe ultrafast charge dissociation in a promising low-band-gap-polymer:fullerene blend for organic photovoltaics. An hot charge transfer state, precursor of free carriers, is formed in ~30 fs upon impulsive photoexcitation with excess energy.
