Abstract :
This paper describes an experimentation of the MultiSOM model for information discovery and/or information retrieval tasks in an iconographic context. The MultiSOM model represents the multi-map extension of the Kohonen SOM model. MultiSOM introduces the concepts of viewpoints and dynamic fuzzy deduction into the information analysis concept with its multi-maps displays and its inter-map communication process
