Abstract
The performance of asynchronous M-PSK CDMA systems with a nonlinear amplifier is considered. The in-band degradation due to nonlinearities is of the major concern. Gaussian approximation with a random spreading sequence is adopted to evaluate the system. The symbol error rates of systems with different number of users and different order of data modulation are presented with respect to the input backoff of the nonlinear amplifier
