Abstract :
In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition for the controllability of multi-agent systems under the switched topology is proposed. The connection between consensus and controllability of multi-agent systems under both the fixed and switched topology is discussed. The results show that the multi-agent systems can reach to a consensus if the system is controllable. The simulations verify the results.
