Abstract :
A high speed, high accuracy electric motor digital servo system that is composed of MCS-96 series single chip computer and PWM driver is discussed in this paper. The authors suggest `rough or accurate fuzzy regulating control´, `e and e˙ nonlinearly quantizing method´, and indicate clearly the physical meaning of each component in the state table so that one can revise the state table intentionally. Adopting the above methods, experiments show that the system has very high tracking accuracy and a good stationary characteristic. For a step input, the system has good qualities of a speedy transient process and an overshoot which is approximate to zero
