Abstract :
MOSFET-C and OTA-C neurons based on the continuous-time analog techniques in MOS VLSI are proposed, and a fully integrated Hopfield neural network and fully integrated cellular neural network are developed. The author provides a novel approach to implementing VLSI neural network analog information processing systems
