Abstract :
A multi-agent based aircraft ground deicing operation scheduling model is proposed for hinge airports. For the solution of de-icing delay, A decision-making (HPFS&DM) algorithm and negotiate-making (ND) algorithm for the distribution of multi deicing bays are provided. Based on the multi-agent software development framework JADE, the domestic departures data of Beijing Capital International Airport is used to verify the validity of the proposed algorithm and compare the simulation results of proposed algorithm with the first-come, first-served coordination strategy (FCFS). The simulation result shown that the HPFS&DM& ND algorithm used in aircraft ground deicing operation scheduling outperformed the first-come, first-served coordination strategy on the total aircraft deicing delays, total number of deiced aircrafts and the rate of aircraft deicing delay. Furthermore, the decision-making algorithm coordination strategy is also performed better than FCFS at deicing congested circumstance.
