Abstract
Thin paper presents a new type of intelligent multi-user single phase kWh meter which has many advantages: it uses manpower and material resources sparingly; saves electric energy; and gives an assurance that a user cannot use electric energy connected in front of his kWh meter, it is convenient for power supply departments; and its ease of use means it has great economic and social benefits
