  • Abstract
    We show our latest effort on the cost-effective approaches to produce the long tapes, including the buffers prepared by electrodepositing method (ED) and the superconducting layers prepared by metal-organic deposition (MOD). Main concerns cover the biaxial texture and flat surface regarding the oxide buffers, and rapid pyrolysis processing of YBCO with various F-contents during MOD process, which are believed as the significant factors for a promising processing and industrial-level expectation of coated conductors.
