On the software industry chain, the software development enterprise should make devotion to application services by building business models suitable for enterprise resources, procedures and values, according to the technical development and user demand change; the software sales enterprise should devote to capture user´s personalized demand to increase users´ satisfaction for its core business based on the service chain theory.
