  • Abstract
    The smart grid has been a hot issue in the research and the industrial areas after study started in the early 2000s. The Electric Vehicle (EV) is an important component in the smart grids, playing a role of the electrical storage component with high capacity, so that how to charge EVs is recognized as a critical issue. As a new concept - the E-roaming is recently introduced, how to introduce the EV charging system in the private area needs to be thought in the interaction with E-roaming system. We propose an authentication system to discriminate an individual user and vehicle in the private area when charging the EVs.
