Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of target parameter estimation and tracking in the presence of jamming. Despite the use of adaptive beamforming for interference suppression, especially mainlobe jammer may cause various problems concerning the monopulse estimate for example, possibly leading to track instabilities culminating in track loss. We present different stabilization measures to mitigate these tracking problems. Simulation results demonstrate significant improvements of tracking performance.
