Spiral Capability Enhancement support system

This paper proposes an interactive system based on the spiral learning model which students review their situation, get feedback and improve themselves. Basic idea is borrowed from CMMI for organization and adapted it to personal learning. This paper also describes a prototype which includes the function that shows teacher about summary of students´ situation. On this prototype, students disclose their situation with answering questions on capability which a teacher has defined, and get feedback like their maturity, what to do next, and how other students have done. Moreover, the prototype allows teacher to receive students´ situation, to improve his/her teaching method, and to support students. This paper also shows the result of usability test.
