            Abstract : 
The time management is a crucial issue in the service-based, loose-coupled workflows. This work presents a time model for service-based workflows. In this model a service is divided into two parts, public part and private part. Then in this way time management in service-based workflows can be simplified. On the other hand, it preserves the autonomy of the workflow services.
