Abstract :
We introduce extension of Ordered Statistic (OS) approach to define OS-HDR-CFAR (OS High Doppler Resolution CFAR) based on median computation of Toeplitz time covariance matrix, and OS-STAP (OS Space-Time Adaptive Processing) based on p-mean computation of Toeplitz-Block-Toeplitz space-time covariance matrix.
